Kent County Essential Needs Task Force (ENTF) brings organizations and community leaders together to address essential needs across Kent County.
ENTF had established its brand several years earlier but was left with little direction or practical tools to carry it forward. At the same time, the complexity of its work made it difficult to communicate in a way that was both clear and connective.
Together, we refreshed and expanded the existing brand system—developing stronger messaging, web copy, social media strategy and practical tools to help ENTF communicate with greater clarity, cohesion and consistency.
We started by building the discipline of seeing and hearing every communication through their audience’s lens: What do they need to know? What matters to them? What will move them to connect?
From there, we established messaging pillars rooted in their audience needs, created visual cues make complex information easier to navigate, and equipped the team with fresh templates and a clear path for carrying the approach forward.
