CrossOver Healthcare Ministry believes everyone deserves access to high-quality, compassionate care—regardless of income, language, or life circumstances.
In a time of ever-increasing need, they’ve built a strong foundation of support and stability and are ready to meet the growing needs of this moment. They wanted their annual report to reflect this resilience and highlight their distinct, comprehensive set of services that foster long-term wellness for the patients and families they serve.

CrossOver’s goals were to clearly communicate the full breadth of their comprehensive care and to highlight the organization’s position of strength to continue to serve the growing needs of its community.
To meet these goals, I used clear visual cues to show the breadth of CrossOver’s care and highlight tangible proof of impact. I paired this with patient stories that reveal the personalized, compassionate care people experience the moment they walk through CrossOver’s doors.
Together, these elements create an annual report that feels both credible and deeply human.
